About the facilitator

Margarita, founder of Scifulness, is a passionate mindfulness practitioner and professional artist from Ukraine, currently based in Porto. With a rich background in fine arts and a personal journey through mindfulness, she brings a unique, soulful quality to her sessions.
Her connection to sound meditation began through yoga and personal exploration. After years of attending sessions as a participant, she developed her own mindful approach that blends sound with stillness.
